After years of competing at the highest levels in basketball, from D1 in the US and UK to playing professionally, I know what it means to push limits. I also understand the unique challenges that come when that competitive drive doesn't have the same outlet. That’s why I’ve built a training program designed for ex-athletes and competitive individuals who miss the accountability, structure, and motivation of their peak performance days.
